Unlike physical library, digital shared library is one of the most reliable & cheap ways of sharing resources online. Easy accessibility is the most important feature why digital shared library concept has to be built because people who are connected to internet could be able to access  the resources anytime anywhere around the world.

Before writing its purpose, implications and benefits, it is necessary to state some facts about current education system in Nepal.

Hence, until the recent past, Nepal followed the traditional three-tier sixteen-year education system, allocating ten years to school education, four years to college level studies - two years each for intermediate and bachelor program, and two to the Masters program at the university.  But from this year 2016, a ten-year schooling system has been extended to twelve year schooling and direct entry to college from after grade 12. And also, marking system has also been changed from percentage to alphabetical grading like A, A+, B, B+ & so on. 

 On the other hand, privatization in education is considered a major change so called business in education resulting several hundred thousands of Boarding Schools have been in operation across country.
